We DO NOT Accept Returns On Any Used Equipment – Especially Trimmers and Jack Puck Presses.

Our goal is to provide the best indoor gardening products and customer service in every aspect of our business.

If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product, please let us know immediately and we will cover all costs to remedy the situation and get you exactly what you ordered.

If you are not content with your purchase in any way, you may return your order in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. You will have to pay shipping fees to send back to us. Please contact at or 1-888-932-4937. We will provide you with an RMA number so you can then ship the product back to us. Once an RMA number is issued, we must receive the product within 10 business days or the RMA number and return is void. All products that are designated for return must be in the exact same condition as when they were received. The product must be unused to be eligible for return! Once we receive the product, we will refund the entire purchase price. The shipping fees incurred to send a product back to our warehouse will not be refunded, unless the product arrived damaged.

If you ordered the wrong product, don’t worry, we offer exchanges. Contact us and we’ll get everything straightened out.

Most of the products we sell include a manufacturer’s warranty. If you are returning defective products within 30 days of purchase we will accept the return. If you have used the product for more than 30 days, please reference the manufacturer’s warranty. Remember, save all boxes, receipts, and warranty information.
