Steel presses can heat unevenly or lose heat quickly, making temperature much harder to control.
High Tech Presses are also machined from solid aluminum rather than welded from pieces of steel. This creates a strong, precision-built pollen press without the seams, gaps, and inconsistencies associated with welded construction. Every component is machined for an exact fit and dependable operation for the life of the press.
